Pathfinder Counseling is a licensed Medicaid and not-for-profit agency offering individual, family and group outpatient mental health and behavioral health services in Colorado. Our clinicians focus on supporting you with mental health needs, or helping you meet behavioral health goals.
Our ideal clients are youth and adult individuals, families, and court ordered individuals seeking positive solutions in life.
Our goal is to improve the quality of your relationships, increase emotional regulation and awareness, or learn how to cope with life’s challenges.
Service Area
We are proud to serve the Boulder County and surrounding communities with general mental health and behavioral services. Currently our office location is in Longmont, as we focus on establishing collaborations with State and County entities. For your convenience we offer most of our services by tele-health throughout the State of Colorado.
Our staff is made up of Licensed therapists, Masters’ level clinicians working towards licensing, and clinical interns.
Men’s Group
A men’s support group to overcome life’s challenges, accelerate personal growth, and build supportive friendships to improve our lives. Wednesdays, 6-7:15PM in person, 2919 17th Avenue, Suite 106 Longmont, CO 80501.
